CBC Ltd carries out a wide range of work including large commercial properties, residential properties, insurance work, maintenance work and small domestic jobs. Cunningham Building & Construction Ltd is a Registered Master Builder and employs in excess of 40 staff in addition to contract tradespersons engaged. CBC Ltd also has a pool of highly experienced and competent Sub-Trades at their disposal who have been selected based on their high standard of workmanship which meets our company expectations. Cunningham Building & Construction Ltd's main office, based in Invercargill, manages the work undertaken in Invercargill and the wider Southland Area. There is also a branch located in Central Otago to service Queenstown, Cromwell, Arrowtown, Wanaka and the surrounding Central Otago areas.
