Registered Master Builder AwardsCBC Ltd has been the recipient of Registered Master Builder Gold and Category Awards every year since the companies inception in 2003 and has also received many Accolades from the Registered Master Builders Committee. The Registered Master Builder Awards recognise excellence in building and are an official quality mark for Registered Master Builders throughout New Zealand. These Awards are highly prestigious and represent commitment to building excellence. All entries in the Registered Master Builder Awards are judged against a national scorecard to ensure consistency throughout the country. Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards are presented to competition entries who achieve a certain standard of workmanship. Gold Awards are awarded to entries judged to be at least 80% higher than industry standard, Silver 65% and Bronze 50%. The judges mark each property for workmanship and design, functionality and style. They are interested in the quality of finishing, attention to detail, the structure of the home and building, difficulty, energy efficiency, installation and suitability of materials, innovation in product use and if a renovation or restoration - creation or retention of character. |
