Invercargill Home                         New Homes $550,000 - $1 million

This Invercargill home has been designed for a young family. Special features of the design and construction of this home include double glazed north facing windows from the floor to ceiling totaling 3.6 metres in height.

External walls are pre-cast concrete 200mm thick with 50mm polystyrene for insulation. Concrete floors are centrally heated and ground and polished exposing crushed aggregate.

All interior doors are solid core full height 2400mm high doors to enhance the feeling of spaciousness. This home meets all the needs of a busy family, is well insulated and has been built to capture all available sun.

Quality control throughout this project was a priority and this shows in the finished home, which includes walls stopped to a level 5 finish, completing a magnificent ultra modern home.
